As seen in our policies:

3.1 The Student agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice to the Teacher in the event of a cancellation or request to reschedule a lesson.

3.2 If the Student cancels a lesson with less than 24 hours' notice, the Teacher reserves the right to charge the full lesson fee.
