1. What types of music lessons do you offer?
I offer music lessons for various instruments, including violin, voice, guitar, and ukulele. Lessons are available for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced students. I personalize each lesson to suit the needs and goals of the student.
2. Do you offer in-person or online lessons?
I offer both in-person and online lessons, depending on your location and preference. For in-person lessons, I serve families in Carstairs, Olds, and Didsbury. Online lessons are available for anyone, regardless of location.
3. How do I schedule a music lesson or tutoring session?
You can easily schedule a lesson by contacting me directly through my website or social media pages. I’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. For ongoing lessons, I recommend setting up a recurring time that works best for you.
4. Do you offer group lessons?
No. I do not offer group lessons at this time. I am very hopeful to host some in the future though!
5. What age groups do you teach?
I work with students of all ages, from young children to adults. Whether you're starting your music journey or looking to improve your skills, I create lessons tailored to your age and ability level.
6. Can you help my child with their French homework or language skills?
Absolutely! I offer French tutoring for all levels, whether it’s helping with homework, preparing for exams, or learning the language from scratch. I believe in making learning French enjoyable and engaging, no matter the student's background.
7. What household services do you provide?
In addition to teaching, I offer a range of household services, including general cleanup, organization, running errands, and assistance with home projects as well as nannying/babysitting if you need it! If you need help with everyday tasks, I’m here to make life easier.
8. Do you offer pet care services?
Yes, I provide pet care services such as dog walking, pet sitting, and general pet care. Whether you’re going on vacation or need someone to check in on your pets during the day, I ensure they receive the best care possible.
9. How do I pay for your services?
I accept payments through various methods, including e-transfer, cheques, and cash. Details are provided when booking.
10. How far in advance do I need to book lessons or services?
I recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability, especially for in-demand services like music lessons and tutoring. However, I do try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible, so feel free to reach out!
11. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson or service, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Please note that all cancellations that occur within 24hrs of the lesson or session time is non refundable and will be charged in full.
12. What makes Cam's Mobile Services different from other service providers?
I pride myself on offering personalized, high-quality services tailored to each client's needs. Whether it’s teaching music or helping with household tasks, I aim to make life easier for you with my mobile services. 13. Can you help me if I live outside Carstairs, Olds, or Didsbury?
While I primarily serve the Carstairs, Olds, and Didsbury areas, I am open to discussing travel arrangements for clients outside these areas. Please reach out to see if we can make something work for your location.
