Cam Labrecque - Owner/Teacher
Cam Labrecque was raised in a French-speaking family in a small town in central Alberta. Her musical journey began at the age of 9 when she started learning the violin. Quickly developing her skills, she went on to compete internationally and perform at high levels. By the age of 14, Cam had secured her first teaching position at Topnote Music School, where she discovered her deep passion for teaching. This experience motivated her to expand her reach, and she began offering lessons to individuals throughout her community.
As her clientele grew, Cam took the entrepreneurial leap and began building her own business. What started as violin lessons soon expanded to include voice, guitar, and ukulele instruction. In addition to her music services, Cam also recognized a need for other community-based support and began offering tutoring, French language lessons, and household and pet care services.
As of 2024, Cam proudly serves families across Carstairs, Olds, and Didsbury, continuing to enrich the lives of her clients through her diverse range of services.
Lily Butters - Coordinations Manager
If you know Cam, you probably know Lily too.
Inseparable, the two are often seen off on some kind of shenanigans together. Lily may be the manager here at Camlostudios but truth is, Cam wouldn't be able to find her way out of a paper bag without her.​
Lily is super passionate about hair and completed her education at MC College to become a hair dresser. She loves accentuating peoples natural beauty with a fresh cut and colour, ESPECIALLY if she gets to play with vivids.

Zakk Bateman - Music Teacher
Zakk Bateman is a talented pianist and multi-instrumentalist based in Didsbury. With a passion for music that started at a young age, he has achieved Level 8 RCM (Royal Conservatory of Music) certification in piano, demonstrating advanced technical skill and musicality.
Beyond piano, Zakk enjoys playing a variety of instruments, bringing a well-rounded and creative approach to his teaching. Growing up in a homeschool environment, he developed the discipline and dedication to excel in his studies, graduating high school early to pursue his musical aspirations.
As a teacher, Zakk is enthusiastic about sharing his love for music with students of all ages, helping them build confidence, technique, and a deep appreciation for the art. Whether guiding beginners or mentoring more advanced students, he creates a supportive and engaging learning experience tailored to each individual's goals.​
Tracy Kaczmer - Tutoring
Tracy Kaczmer is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education, specializing in History and English. With a passion for lifelong learning, she successfully homeschooled both of her children, guiding them from early education through high school transition with strong academic foundations and independent learning skills. Her personalized approach ensured they not only met but exceeded educational benchmarks, equipping them with the confidence and discipline to succeed in a traditional high school setting.
With years of hands-on teaching experience, Tracy understands the importance of individualized education. She believes in fostering a love for learning through engaging, student-centered lessons tailored to individual strengths and challenges. Whether guiding students through complex historical concepts or refining their writing and literacy skills, Tracy’s approach is both supportive and results-driven.
